Paleo Bread


8 slices


        2 cups almond flour

        2 tbsp coconut flour

        1 tbsp ground chia seeds (measure after grinding)

        1/2 tsp sea salt

        1/2 tsp baking soda

        5 large eggs

        1 tbsp coconut oil

        1 tbsp honey

        1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Put the almond flour, coconut flour, ground chia seed, sea salt, and baking soda in a food processor and process.  Add the eggs, coconut oil, honey and apple cider vinegar to the processor and pulse to mix. 

Grease an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.  Add the bread batter to the pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until firm. 

Remove from the oven. Go around the edge of the loaf with a flat knife.  Let cool for 15 minutes.  Remove from the pan and place on a wire rack. 

Let cool completely before cutting and servings. 

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate, or store in a freezer. 

Tip:  Slice the bread and freeze it to have ready for the subsequent weeks. 


Net Carbohydrate is 4 grams per slice.  The recipes makes 8 slices.
