Blueberry Matcha Smoothie


Ingredients


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (organic and wild if possible)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cooked old fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder


Directions


Combine everything in a blender, and blend until smooth!  Enjoy!
